Who We Are

The Ancient Ones of Maine is a pre-1840s Living History Club based in the great State of Maine.
With more than 100 members strong, we share a passion for the outdoors, traditional skills, and the old ways.

From muzzleloading and primitive skills to traditional crafts, historical cooking, archery, and tomahawk throwing, our members
come together throughout the year to learn, practice, and share these traditions through shoots, rendezvous, demonstrations, competitions, and more.
